The footballer from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Jonathan Bolingi (29), signed a two-year contract with FK Vojvodina Novi Sad, one of the biggest clubs in Serbia with long history!
The management of the club managed to complete everything regarding bringing the sixth reinforcement to “Karađorđe” this summer. The footballer who has a rich career arrived in Radoslav Batak’s team before the start of the domestic championship.
Bolingi has proven himself, above all, in Belgian football. He came to Europe in 2017, when he signed for Standard Liège, and later played for Mouscron, Antwerp and Eupen.
He also had episodes in Turkey’s Ankaragucu and Switzerland’s Lausanne. Now he comes to Vojvodina from the camp of Buriram United as a free agent. In Thailand, he played 52 games, scored 26 goals and had nine assists.
The experienced offensive player made his debut for the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2014 and since then he has made 34 appearances, scoring nine goals. His natural position is on the wing, but he can also meet the demands of the classic centre-forward position.
